Ernest Talent was founded in 2018 by Neil Ernest Dsouza. His dream was to set up his own HR company, but he wasn’t quite sure where to start.
This all changed when, during his previous HR Manager role he happened to meet James and Jhen, with whom he discussed this idea. At the same time Nina was his external stakeholder for recruitment. During a casual conversation she had mentioned about her interest in learning and mentoring. This led him to approach Nina with the idea of forming Ernest Talent, along with James and Jhen who had come onboard. In turn they discussed new ideas on which direction the business should take.
Ernest Talent started its journey as a recruitment and staff outsourcing company. With the addition of specialist professionals, the company expanded into Learning (Training) and development, Strategic HR Consulting, Payroll and other services. More recently, we have successfully grown our client portfolio and now serve new industries.
By recently onboarding a writing expert / career coach expert, we have started to provide services related to CV / business / letter writing and Career coach for professional’s and recent graduates.

Neil Ernest Dsouza
Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Neil is a highly experienced Human Resources Consultant with 14 years of experience in the industry. Before setting up Ernest Talent he worked for several US fortune 500 companies. These include Bank of America, Deloitte Consulting, Hewlett-Packard and DHL. He has a Master’s Degree in HR Management, Learning & Development. He`s also an Associate CIPD professional (UK) and a certified compensation and rewards specialist.
As CEO, Neil uses his vast experience, business expertise, drive and determination to make sure the company stays true to its values and delivers the best possible service to its clients. His areas of expertise are engagements under strategic HR, Recruitment and delivering training, while overseeing other HR services, delivered by his team of experts. Neil is passionate about mentoring the next generation and has spoken at various forums.
Away from work Neil is married and has one child. His wife is a Chartered Accountant and Audit/Finance professional, employed with one of the big four. During his leisure he enjoys playing Badminton, Cricket, Football, reading autobiography’s and current affairs. He is an avid foodie who enjoys eating out and cooking.
Nikolina Ferencek Grba
Managing Partner - Learning and Development
Nikolina moved to Qatar in 2017. She joined the Qatar Professional Womens Network (QPWN) as a mentor in their exclusive annual mentoring programme for female professionals with less than five years of working experience. A Few months into the programme, a chance opened up for Nikolina to take on a role as committee member and to lead the mentoring programme, which she still is to this day. Nikolina has an MBA and a Master's degree in Telecommunication Traffic Engineering and 13 years of international experience in solution consulting and sales. She has worked for several blue chip organisations including Deutsche Telekom, Atlantic Group, KPMG, Telekom Austria Group and Jordan based Bayt.com.
As Managing Partner Nikolina has her hands full. She expertly combines day to day activities with Learning and Development. Her soft skills, public speaking and ability to engage an audience make her a natural in this role. She is an avid believer in self improvement and is fully committed to delivering rewarding seminars.
Nikolina is busy with her young family when she`s not working. If she has time she likes to bake delicious cakes. She loves to run and has participated in various marathons and is passionate about animal welfare.
James Babu Perikala
Head of Operations
James is a senior HR Professional. He has vast experience in varied industries covering India and the Middle East. He worked for multinational corporations including Mphasis Limited, Theorem India Pvt Ltd and AEB. He has a Master’s Degree in HR Management. His role at Ernest Talent is wide and varied. He ensures day to day business operations including all aspects of Human Resource Management, workforce management and client relationships runs smoothly. His core competencies are HR Operations including Technology and HR Consulting, Recruitment, Payroll Management and HR Data Analytics. James enjoys spending time with his family and friends and his other interests include following technology trends and reading books on different subjects.
Senior Consultant – Recruitment
Senior Consultant – Recruitment is a highly efficient Recruitment Professional with experience in the architecture, engineering, BPO and IT industries. She worked for multinational corporations including US fortune 500 companies and AEB. She has a Bachelor’s Degree and a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in HR Management. While at Ernest Talent she manages recruitment, she is also an avid techie who enjoys working in digital marketing, social media and is well versed with various technologies. Her role as Senior Recruitment Consultant is to find the best talent available globally. She is skilled in every step of the recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and recruiting. She enjoys listening to music, reading and jogging.
